Privacy Policy for PDFCraft

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

At PDFCraft, accessible from https://pdf-craft.online, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information collected and recorded by PDFCraft and how we protect it.

1. Core Privacy Principle: Zero File Collection

PDFCraft is designed to run 100% client-side (in-browser). When you use our tools to Merge, Split, or Sign & Edit PDFs:

2. Information We Collect (Log Files)

Like standard websites, PDFCraft uses web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand visitor traffic. These tools collect basic information that does not identify you personally, including:

This information is used solely for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site, and gathering demographic information to optimize our performance.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

PDFCraft itself sets no cookies. Your theme preference (Dark Mode or Light Mode) is kept in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. The site does use Google Analytics, which may set its own cookies to count visits and measure how the pages are used. PDFCraft shows no advertising and loads no advertising code.

4. Third-Party Privacy Policies

PDFCraft's Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites or services. How Google handles the data collected through Google Analytics and Google Fonts is described in Google's Privacy Policy, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it.

For completeness, the third parties this site loads are Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces the site uses. Requesting a font file discloses your IP address and browser to Google in the same way as any other request to a third-party server. None of these ever receive the documents you open in the tools, because those are never uploaded anywhere.

5. GDPR and CCPA Data Protection Rights

We want to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

6. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. PDFCraft does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

7. Contact Us
